    • Four Course Dinner in a Semi-Formal Setting
    • In addition to learning good dining manners and etiquette, students are also trained in table service techniques.

Teen Programs

  • Curriculum Content
    • Same as for the Child Curriculum except that a five course dinner is served

Adult Programs

The average class is four hours, hands on, and concentrates on basic social skills, dining manners and etiquette, with a period of questions and answers.  

The curriculum content follows that for teens, with attention given to the specific concerns of each adult, and important information about how to be the perfect host and guest.
